Anarchist Mountain farm house

A couple of times a year we pass by this abandoned century old farm house near the summit of Anarchist Mountain, B.C.. Standing alone and not another building in sight for many miles, we have always thought it must be "packed" with ghosts from the past - if only it could talk.

(Acrylic on canvas - 30cm x 40cm)

I enjoyed reading this--something is very intriguing about the image and the thoughts that go with it. It is also a beautiful piece, expansive and inviting.

This may be B.C. but it reminds me of my great love for my state, Nebraska, in the sand hills. In fact, I passed a house like this about 3 weeks ago out there. Love your work, Alan.
